Dear Ms.Theriault, I recently attended one of your seminars, Employing Best Practices to Procure Services. I just wanted to write to you to let you know that I found your seminar to be one of the best I have ever attended. The seminar gave me a thorough understanding of the principles of procurement. In addition, it gave me the latest concepts and the “know-how” to solve problems that I may encounter. It has given me the edge, in being proficient at my job. I’ve been able to immediately apply the practical day-to-day operating details to my current projects and therefore increasing my customers’ satisfaction. This is a big plus! The Seminar’s information can easily be used as a reference bookshelf for novices or experts in the procurement field. There is something there for everyone. as a profession, is a challenging career to pursue. Karen's procurement
courses provide a great foundation and an opportunity for continuing
professional development of those individuals involved in advancing
their purchasing techniques. I highly recommend her courses to anyone
who is interested in advancing their knowledge and expertise in
public procurement. Having attended a RFP workshop led by Karen Theriault, and have purchased two of her books, I can truly say her workshop help to push me up the management tree. The knowledge she shared with our group was most impressive. Our group was over 100 strong and each individual left the workshop with all their individual questions and concerns addressed. No one felt out of place rather they were a beginning buyer or had been in the purchasing arena for several years.
